Benecki Homes employs the most innovative and professional staff in the business. The management staff brings a combined 60 years experience in luxury residential development, construction, and design.

Stan Benecki: Stan holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance from Indiana University‘s Kelley School of Business and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. Stan has over twenty-five years experience in luxury real estate development.

Melanie Turner, ASID: Melanie holds a degree in Interior Design from Georgia State University. Melanie’s work has been featured in multiple regional and national magazines. Melanie oversees the Benecki design staff and is instrumental in working with clients. Visit Turner Davis Interiors.

Vern Vanderkleed: Vern holds a degree with honors in building construction management from Purdue University. Vern has over 20 years experience in custom luxury residential building. Prior to his working in the southeast, Vern oversaw construction of many award-winning luxury homes in the Chicago area.

Ken Dooley: Ken holds a degree in building science from Auburn University and has over 13 years experience in construction management. Ken has constructed and managed over $100 Million in construction throughout the southeast. His attention to detail and client reports are the best in the industry.
