Stan Benecki: Stan holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance from Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business and a masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia Universitys School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. Stan has over twenty-five years experience in luxury real estate development.
Melanie Turner, ASID: Melanie holds a degree in Interior Design from Georgia State University. Melanies work has been featured in multiple regional and national magazines. Melanie oversees the Benecki design staff and is instrumental in working with clients. Visit Turner Davis Interiors.
Vern Vanderkleed: Vern holds a degree with honors in building construction management from Purdue University. Vern has over 20 years experience in custom luxury residential building. Prior to his working in the southeast, Vern oversaw construction of many award-winning luxury homes in the Chicago area.
