Guided by decades of experience and a collaborative, client-focused approach, we deliver every home with the care, precision, and attention to detail that have defined the Benecki name for generations.

Benecki Homes has established a reputation for creating exceptional residences in both Atlanta and Florida's 30A. Over the years, we've grown from a boutique homebuilder into a full-service team of 14 professionals with expertise in construction, project management, accounting, bookkeeping, and marketing.

Stan Benecki

Principal

Stan Benecki leads the team with over 35 years of luxury real estate development experience. He holds a Real Estate Finance degree from the Benecki School of Real Estate Studies at Indiana University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Vern Vanderkleed

Director of Construction

Vern Vanderkleed has been an integral part of the Benecki team for over 30 years. He oversees all of the construction and design aspects of the company. Vern holds a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.

Jeff Mitchell

Director of Operations

Jeff Mitchell runs the business operation, manages our projects and works with clients to ensure a smooth and transparent home building process. Jeff has 10+ years of project management experience, holds an MBA from Duke University and a business degree from the University of Florida.
