1. Purchase & Planning

During this stage, you’ll engage key professionals — architect, builder, and landscape architect— with the option to bring on a specifier or interior designer early to shape the vision.

2. Architectural Design

The architect develops permitted drawings, coordinates engineering, and outlines site and landscape plans. A preliminary budget and project schedule are created to guide decision-making.

3. Preconstruction

We collaborate with the architect, interior designer, and specifier to refine design details and finalize budgets, followed by an alignment meeting to confirm scope, schedule, and permitting (if required). Contractors and bids are confirmed, financing is arranged, and initial selections are made to ensure a smooth start to the build.

4. Construction

The vision comes to life as site preparation, foundation, and framing progress into mechanical systems, insulation, and drywall. Interior and exterior finishes, trim work, and landscaping complete the home with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
